Empowering Through Knowledge: Legal Talk at Saartjie Baartman Centre

We thank ProBono.Org and the Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children for inviting our director, Fatima Essop, to address residents on the status of Muslim marriages in South Africa.

Fatima provided insights into the country’s marriage and divorce legal frameworks and highlighted key resources available on The Hub’s website. The Saartjie Baartman Centre offers comprehensive support services for women and children who are survivors of abuse, and we are honoured to support their vital work.
